These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 99ad platform and its services. By registering on the website or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms. These Terms have been written in English with users in Bangladesh in mind. In the event of any language dispute, the original English version will apply.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds may be wagered on any game or sports bet, though the wagering contribution rate may vary for certain games. Slot games generally contribute 100%. The bonus remains active for 30 days; if the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.

3.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

Misusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple people in the same household or attempting to complete wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are supported for depositing funds at 99ad: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit depends on the method and your account verification level.

Deposits are processed instantly. If a deposit fails or is delayed for any reason, contact the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can generally only be made via the same method used for the deposit, with some exceptions. The withdrawal process is typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

4.4 Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be applied and related fees may apply.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only after it has been successfully confirmed. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 99ad reserves the right to cancel that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all odds and markets are set in advance. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that market will generally be refunded. In live betting, odds may change rapidly and some markets may be temporarily suspended.

5.3 Casino Games

5.4 System Errors

If incorrect odds, incorrect payouts or game results are produced due to a software or hardware error, 99ad reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction. Any winnings resulting from clearly erroneous odds or technical faults will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99ad platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.

8.1 Closure by 99ad

99ad reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Operating an account in the name of a minor.
• Legal reasons or instructions from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, any active bets will be settled and any eligible balance may be withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
